Sacred Rest

Transitions in seasons and life are potent times to pause, reflect and rest. This offering aims to invite sacred rest to cultivate a balanced nervous system individually and collectively. With the them of the earth element and integration, we will share a cup of digestive tea, cultivate our inner resource thru gentle movement and end with a restful Yoga Nidra practice.
